What inspired your music?
We take inspiration from artists like Lil Peep, SuicideBoys, Devilish Trio, and many more. We try to switch up our sound with every song we release so that way our audience never knows what's gonna be dropping that day
How long have you been making music?
We've been making music for about 4 years now but just in the last 2 years we started putting our stuff out there for everyone to listen to. We originally started off as a small cover band just playing songs for fun but slowly progressed into the MTRB we are today.
Do you have any shows coming up?
As of now we don't have any shows coming up, but we definitely plan on performing live sometime in the near future.
Did covid affect your music in any way?
Covid definitely had an effect especially on our studio time, we would be able to put out way more music if we weren't constantly struggling to get in recording time
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years we see ourselves definitely keeping the MTRB music alive but we're also gonna be occupied with our clothing brand, and we would love to be somewhat recognized for our music in the future, but our maingoal is to hopefully make music that would make us financially stable.
Is their any artists youd like to collaborate in future with?
We'd love to collab with all the artists we listen to such as Suicideboys, Ghostemane, Salem, Shakewell, and many more but a couple who stand out are legendary producer Curtains, and underground legend Eddy Baker.
Any advice youd give to upcoming artists?
The main advice we have for upcoming artist is just don't give up, things take time to go into motion, just because a song doesn't get enough plays or just because you've lost followers doesn't mean it's time to give up. It just means you need to work harder and be more consistent, but no matter how long it takes, your time will come.
